Idea pro SaSaZu, dílo našeho šéfkuchaře, se zrodila v ulicích jihovýchodní Asie. Je založená na fusion kuchyni pěti asijských technik vaření – Sambal, Otak Otak, Flame, Roti a gril Tai Tai.
